CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total and may be restricted from future bookings. All appointments include a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation. Refills are available only within 3 weeks of your last appointment. After 3 weeks, your appointment will be charged at the full set price, regardless of how many lashes remain.
